When To Use Instagram Proxy

I have two accounts I am building up. How can Instagram distinguish both accounts are coming from the same person within the same network? One account could be from my wife and the other is from me. Or is Instagram monitoring mass posting from the same ip address which in turns raise a red flag?

You'll be fine. It's usually between 3-4 IP's per account so don't worry about it.
