When to submit site to Google for indexing?

Hi!

I am currently woking on building content for my new website. I have not launched yet, my domain has only an index.html its forwarded to that has a properly formatted head tag with title, meta description, meta keywords, ect. The body has "Our website is currently under construction." And that's it. Is it a good idea to submit to Google now for indexing so the domain gets some age? Or is it better to finnish the site, and only then submit to google?

TLDR which is better for SEO: age OR perfect, brand new, but finnished?

How many years did you decide to use on the site before it's finished?
 
Yes you can submit your site for indexing but don't be late to provide content on it.
 
You may submit it now, but better add several pages/posts and then submit
Anyway that does not matter too much for you now, since google bot will be constantly re-visiting and re-indexing the site, if you add some backlinks and pings.
 
Add now but post the contents now too :p
 
after writing 4/5 descent article and having some visitors from face book twitter etc is better.
