When to stop Follow/Unfollow?

Hello guys!

I created a few IG accounts and only one of them is having some "success". Everything has been done manually (follow, unfollow, likes, comments) to avoid IG to block me.

My question is: From your experience, when can I tell that is enough of Follow/Unfollow accounts? And let the account grow organically?

When you start growing organically, I guess. If you are not getting any organic growth (or not enough to not depend on it only), I don't see why stop doing follow/unfollow.
