When to start using adsense?

I am posting this question here since the adsense forum is closed.

As someone with a new website (less than 30 days) I have been cautioned to wait 30 days before applying for Google adsense.

I could not find any length of time on google's adsense except for other countries which was 6 months.

My question is, if I have, say 20 to 30 articles posted, and a good looking website that is 30 days old, do you think that 30 days is a long enough wait time?

You can start using Adsense anytime, just that you need to focus on driving more natural traffic.

There is not really any waiting time to put your hands on Adsense.

MacArthur is right! You don't have to wait, Adsense will accept your website if it receives some decent amount of organic traffic and the webmaster guidelines.

if it's will be first site in your Google Adsense account - then you must be sure that site represented as resourse for human, because they can just don't approve your account

Having nice articles and contents will not generate any adsense earnings. Make sure to take care the source of traffic before adding your adsense ads.

I agree with a the previous posters, and I wouldn't put adsense on my website until I have a good number of UVs... If you have a low amount of visitors, you can expect very weird CTR sometimes and I'm not sure if google likes it...

Actually you don't need to wait if you don't plan to do anything suspicious on the site.

Also thinking about dipping my toes into adsense.. Whats a decent amount of UV to start using it and that google will like?

Everything depends on your niche, how often visitors spend money on whatever that niche provides, and if it is profitable to use Adsense (which drives away buying visitors to advertisers websites) or build up your own list and market to them. In the technology niche, it is better to promote Amazon or sites like Tigerdirect (where you can take a cut from the retail or sale price) rather than Adsense. Why? You can build up visitors to repeatedly visit your site, checking for deals or useful reviews and information (and if they are being directed to Amazon you can throw in some free gift cards on x amount purchased etc). Your goal would be to weigh out if you want and can maintain a list to market to, or you need to dump the visitors off on Google and then complain later that no one is clicking your ads.

Thanks Soul Collector.... Some really good points there.. Its fitness niche but i think its super saturated with products or maybe its even the best niche to sell products?!? IDK, first time dabbling in this.. I basically just want to learn as much as i can without damaging my site as its on track to hit 5 000 UV in its third month.. Ive just finished writing some keyword targeted viral articles and hope to get some massive traffic but i dont want that to be lost or not bennefit in some way from it.. I'm not one to complain - live and learn... but i will look into Amazon or tigerdirect, i dont want to lose vistors or user experience from shitty ads though.. unfortunitly my sites suffers from a spam score of 9/17 acording to moz, tried everything to fix that (except get inbound links) but maybe i should fix that first.. anyway.. thanks for the insights

As long as your not doing anything out of the ordinary on the site... You should be ok to apply whenever you want.

I had adsense on my site as soon as it was up. I don't think there are any website age requirements.

For fitness niche you can monetize it with Amazon product reviews (directing them to buy from your Amazon links).I'd also setup a YouTube channel or black hat website with workouts pictured (and either cpm network ads or Adsense). The rule of thumb is because it is so saturated people are not going to fall for the same old shit posted over and over again. If you can give them value (or enough eye candy) they will submit to click a ad for you or buy something from you. I'd entice them and never rob them of a trust factor (i.e. fake promotional giveaways that run rampant on Instagram and Facebook).

I'd collect their emails or phone numbers and market them to 1~3 offers per week until they opt out or no engagement back for 6~8 months. At that time just leave them alone if they aren't responding or engaging in content. In my experience I love sponsorships (as I do parody content of popular things). You can't get sponsored if you are doing spam black hat methods, but the money comes from the sponsors and I just need to hint at their shitty products in order to get paid.

I would start using it from the beginning.
