when to sell?

I have a great new site I been working on:

1. It's only month old
2. already has 2500+ registered users
3. It uses facebook API and has about 1000+ active users
4. a facebook page with about 1250+ likes
5. a twitter page with about 100 followers
6. ranks #8 for a quite competitive keyword (40k+ searches per month) plus loads of other keywords
7. has about 1000+ backlinks
8. has a digg submission with over 200 diggs
9. has a 6 letter, quality domain name
10. 150 - 500 uniques per day
11. super viral

my question is, when should i sell it?


it is not really monetized yet, but has a lot of potential. It is growing at a good rate every day, and by the end of this year I reckon it should have at least 20k+ users. Should I wait it out? Should I sell it now?

This is something only you can answer. You need to sit down and look at your finances. Then decide on a business plan. If you do indeed decide to flip it, is this a long term flip or a short term flip. Is it even a flip? Can you monetize it? Is this a great cornerstone in building a long term network?

Remember, you're not a webmaster, you're a business owner. Start acting like one.
