How long do you wait to archive a post that doesn't perform well? I just created an account yesterday, and my videos were getting around 500-2000 views (and a decent like:view ratio as well), but the last one I posted a few hours ago has only 3. Should I give it more time, or just archive it and repost it in a few days?

Definitely give it more time. Things can blow up even 14 days later. Just be patient and keep shooting shots.. like Kobe haha

does bad performances of several tiktoks impact ur account score? for example if you upload 10 tiktok, they underperform and only get around 1000 views each, does that impact ur acc and you should rather create a new one?

and what exactly is the reason for making tiktoks which underperform private after a couple of days?

It shouldn't matter. You just have to have one pop and that can lead to 10s of thousands of followers. People hide videos for social proof reasons. They don't want a low view count on their page. I personally don't think it matters and you should just keep pumping out content. Sometimes videos pop after 2 weeks of low views. don't overthink it

i saw ur replies in other threaths aswell, you said you post about 3 times a day per account. would you say the time when to post matters much?

I don't worry about it that much, usually just evenly spaced out(minimum that the last video has gained at least minimal traction), but there are charts that have the best times:

You should wait a couple of days to see if it gets more views. One thing to remember while posting videos or any content on social media is the time. The time matters a lot. For example if you post something on a Friday evening, the reach will be higher as more people are online then. On the contrary, if you post on a Monday morning, you are likely to get low views as it is the first working day after the weekend and less people are using the social media.
