Some days, the market feels lifeless. No volume, no movement, no signals worth chasing. Early on, I’d trade anyway, just to feel productive. Every time, it cost me. I learned that forcing momentum creates mistakes.

Sometimes, doing nothing is how you keep everything intact. Now, I use those quiet sessions to refine strategy, clean my journal, or test indicators in demo mode. Progress isn’t only made in profits,it’s built during pauses. Momentum is precious, and forcing it always breaks the rhythm.

Trading silence taught me that restraint is skill, not hesitation. The best setups appear to those who wait without panic. Do you act in calm or chase the noise just to feel alive?
