Hello, i just want to get idea from all bloggers in bhw if im going to start a new blog, which blog is better, a blog that consist of all different topics like news, videos, etc something like all in one blog or a blog which focuses on one niche only? i am planning to make one as im planning to build a blog for adsense

thanks in advance

One niche or even micro niche gets a higher CPC ( 1$ or more -most of the times ).

what is the best thing to do, buy an expired domain with low obl and got high da/pa or just buy fresh domain?

You can buy a micro niche expired domain , but then you will have to blog about it ..
If you want to build a long term blog then buy a new domain , and blog about whatever you want , and make it grow gradually ..
But if you want to make fast but short termed money , you can buy a micro niche websites from the guys that are selling on the "Web Design" category , the CPC for the ads is 1$ or more , so you can make some blackhat SEO on that niche you bought and when it ranks you'll make a few bucks .

I suggest focusing on one niche and provide quality posts, news, videos, tutorials and everything that might be interesting for you target audience.

I guess, if we're talking about traffic, then building a more general blog is better. But there's plenty of competition. When we're talking about niches, the 'climate' there might be better. But since the topic is pretty specific, you have to have some expertize to actually become prominent in the niche.

Above all, keep working hard and I'm sure that people will eventually flock to your website. Good luck.

I'd recommend focusing on a particular niche, all-in-one sites may spook people, as people tend to look for 'specialized' info. There are exceptions, but I think you'd have higher chances focusing your efforts on one topic/niche.

In case of building a blog for Adsense purpose, I would rather go for a particular niche & I will post articles, news, videos & latest info about that niche.

By selecting a particular niche you can easily get targeted traffic. Moreover, you can also start a blog about an affiliate product, as by this you can get sales & you can also use adsense at the same time.:)

I would recommend you to do something, that you are interested in. Don't do it, just to get money

when Your planing for ad sense you should keep concentration on getting traffic for your blogs.Studies show that the more often you update your blog, the more traffic it will receive. Google gives higher priority to websites with fresh content, so if you want to get more attention from the search engines, update your blog at least twice a week.

I suggest you to focus one niche for one blog. And also focus one blog for generating traffic toward the blog.

Do prefer some interesting and popular niche and create the blog in the particular niche that needs regular updates. Feed informative unique videos, contents, images that should attract the users well. If you start a general niche then getting the good traffic for the site will be difficult and it may annoy the readers in searching the particular information. Get more traffic by updating the useful information in the blogs related to the niche. Once you get more traffic then you can get more $$ through adsense.

thanks for all the ideas everyone, sorry for late reply in my thread. actually i have blogs which has all in one niches and the other one are about videos. maybe i should update it once a week

Particular niche ---> your favorite topic---> Find keyword (more than $1 CPC) ----> Search for results and competition ----> Start Blogging.

Make a blog on a topic in which you have good knowledge and also you found it interesting. Don't think about money because your passion for blogging will make you rich.

Yup. Find a niche that interests you, that will keep you excited when you have to write. General blogs are much more difficult to rank, and since they don't talk about anything in particular they can't really target an audience you can later monetize. And if you can buy a domain with PR>3 (I know, it's deprecated but link sellers STILL look at it) and a DA>35 or even 40.

As for me, blogging about one niche is much better because you need to concentrate on one target audience. And if you choose to broad topics you won't be able to attract any readers.

And finally, it's more important to write about topics you are familiar with
