When something gets marked as "spam", how long does it last for?

If you wrote something like "hi my name is xxxxx" and it gets marked as spam by other youtubers, and you try to write it again it'll auto-mark it as spam. By my experiences, it seems to never get un-marked as spam...what about everyone else?
