When should I start worrying? potentially been scammed

I have lost contact with a freelancer from this website that I made a deal with, and have made part payment.
Today is 48 hours after when they said they would be back online, and no contact from them. I have sent PM and tried contacting via Skype too.

Feel a little in limbo right now... they do have a yellow user ID and have been using this site for 4 years.

Hope its not gonna be one for the shit list lol

Give him some time, when was he last online?

last seen on this site about 4 days ago, I really trust this guy and just seems really out of character for them.
I think another 48 hours would be fair on his part, failing that I think I'll have to perhaps ask around to see if anybody has dealt with this guy or not previously. Perhaps a Mod could give me peace of mind maybe...

Just put him in the shit list mate, and post all your screen logs, and comms, (remove personal data) a mod will help you there, and the person will have a chance to respond fairly.

Give him more time - sometimes we get away from our pc-s for several days for various reasons.
