When should i export cookies?

Hi,
So far, I have only created emails for sale, but I would like to expand my activities and start creating Facebook accounts and selling them on e.g. Accsmarket. However, I have a small dilemma. At what point should I export cookies?
Should it look like this:
A: Clean cookies - I open FB, register an account, enter the email, confirm, export cookies,
or the second option:
clean cookies, open FB, register an account, enter the email, confirm, do 2FA, delete cookies, log in to the account, export cookies?

Export cookies when all the information you have added is enough
