When should I expect the first payment from Machinima?

I have a few channels under contract with Machinima but my first couple started back on June 11, 2014 and in the contract it says the first payment is processed 45 days after the calender month which would be mid-August for those channels. I've heard some people say that you should expect to be paid sometime between September 1-15. I just need someone from here with experience from Machinima or knows how they work if I should be expecting payment by the 15th at the latest.

Also does Machinima pay Americans through Paypal? I have my payments setup through Paypal but I think I may have overread in the contract that Paypal was only for international YouTubers.

I am asking these questions because Machinima support is pretty bad as they never answer my e-mails.
