you can start with any first. Don't complicate it. I suppose while you work on the creatives, you can use a few of those on your landing page.

yeah, just feel like the framework of your site + ads is better, when you start off with the ads, since they are the first thing customer's see, thus the landing page should be a follow up of your ads, not something else
