when is the best time to put adsense?

I want to put adsense on a site but think that I should at least wait until traffic builds up to at least a hundred a day.

Will putting adsense affect my traffic/seo in anyway.

Not sure whether this happens on all sites but I put google adsense on one of my sites after 4 weeks of getting it indexed. The ads were not related at all to what the website was about initially but after about two months the ads became targeted and started to be cllicked on. The traffic to my site is not at 100 visitors per day.

Some people have experienced higher traffic after they added Adsense on their sites (including me, maybe it was just a coincidence). However, I wouldn't wait too long. If you site is of high quality and you don't put too many adsense blocks on it, you have nothing to be afraid of.
 
You must not have copyright content no cracks no hacks n nothing against adsense rules u can apply if they reject wait for few weeks reload your website request again

It appears there is not right way to do it.

For now, I will focus on the quality of the content to gain more traffic.

Now to the traffic building phase.
 
According to me after doing 30-40 days seo and getting some stable traffic like 200-500 uniques per day

You can ask many and they will all tell you something different. You must do what you want or what you feel right. But concentrating on the traffic for now is an excellent idea.
