When is the best time to buy Litecoin?

Guys I lost the chance to buy bitcoins and I heard that Litecoin may be the next big thing.
It hit $40 today and I'm thinking if I should buy it or not?
If yes, how many should I buy to be considered a good investment?
I hope to get honest answers.

I bought one Litecoin when it was 5 bucks, lol. I'd say buy like 5 for now and see how the price fluctuates and act according to that.

If all of us knew the answers to those questions, then we'd all be millionaires.

Buy only as much as you can afford to lose. A good investment for you may not be a good investment for someone else.

I have been buying LTC and BTC for the past few years, waiting for this moment to come. If you want to buy LTC now, hoping that you're still an 'early adopter', then I suggest you wait for the inevitable correction.

You should have bought some back when they were a stable $2 each. Or even better when they were way under $2...
 

I don't know, but something is very suspicious that they are increasing in value this much daily!

I would stay away from them.
 
They were $3 on 1st of this month.So that would've been a 1000% ROI in 1 month :)
 
Be careful, they can go down just as fast as they can go up and usually when things go up this fast you can be sure they are going to have a pretty steep correction at some point.
 
Litecoin is already old, go with Namecoin and FTC...I am planning to buy a couple of hundred of NMC as soon as I get my money uploaded to BTC-e. Huge profits,....NMC went from $0.9 to $10+ in a matter of days, that's 1000% profit

Also, buy FTC now when it is under $1. Once MTGox starts trading Litecoins (soon) this will pool NMC and FTC up up up.

Where can you buy FTC against the dollar thats reputable, on btc-e they only trade it against bitcoin?

can u explain more about FTC and provide website...as i searched in google but did't found
 
I think coins will soon start to lose value, because the coin business can't go without government monitoring

At the moment you cab buy FTC for BTC at btc-e (so just buy btc first and switch to FTC). The point is, there is sooo much space for FTC to go up, on the other side BTC is already way too expensive and that's why people invest in alt coins (NMC,LTC.FTC...), cause profits are enormous. My friend earned apartment in 1 month.

You can buy FTC for bitcoins at btc-e.com (I think they will offer it to buy it for dollars soon) or you can buy it (or sell it) for dollars at https://crypto-trade.com/trade/ftc_usd

Listen guys, I was cryptocoin noob 30 days ago and now I just regret that I didn't tried this 4-5 months ago. But it is not too late cause China is huge and they keep pumping LTC every day. LTC is pushing NMC and NMC is pushing FTC

I think coins will soon start to lose value, because the coin business can't go without government monitoring

The point is not to buy cheeseburgers and lap tops with crypto's . It is about buying low to sell high. I think there is at least 6 more months before the bubble burst , if not more. in that period of time some of you can become gazillioners

I do agree with this, I think some people will be able to make some good returns in the next couple of months but remember don't invest what you can't afford to lose and don't be too greedy.
