hi,i need to know. when instagram clearly the bots? just want to know about my strategy is work or not. dont want my account to get disable again

I dont think they can do that. They only block your account when you do mass follow or comments. Or use same ip for many accounts.

they clear the bots / id everytime , if a users not follow the rules? is that correct?

If user does not follow rules they disable account, there is nothing wrong with bots/id. Bot just automate things that normal person is doing, they can't detect it unless you make an aggressive settings

No they do not clear bots. They just ban people who get reckless.
