It's good that you have done your on page seo. Make sure your pages are indexed. And now you have to analyze your competitor's backlinks. I mean look at their backlinks. Use ahrefs for it. Because relevancy matters in building backlinks.

First, need to be indexed your website then you can start further off page SEO or backlinks.
