when i post using the jarvee disappear post or have pv

when i post using the jarvee disappear post or have pv
But there is no problem with my old account.
This happens only to new accounts.
Why is that?
Proxy uses the same thing as Old Account.
Proxies have been confirmed to be intact.

I wonder why questions concerning jarvee often treated the same, any ideas?
