When doing SEO what is a good monthly format?

I'm planning to buy some SEO services from the marketplace starting this month and continuing in the long term, and I wanted to ask for advice on what a good structure is for effectively increasing rankings?

I'm considering building a stronger link profile with better diversity, getting good DA relevant backlinks, some edu links etc but when it comes to content production, is it important to keep on producing lots of new content at the same time to legitimately show where these new links may be coming from?

A good link profile looks very natural. It has good diversity in link types and anchor texts. It's good to update your contents regularly. But it does not need to be completely new contents. You can update your old contents too.
 
Yes , it is important to have a unique content , bcoz google check for the uniqueness of the content
 
Here is what people generally do, Buy some high quality web 2.0s with unique content and make it look like owned by some bloggers, do some work yourself after getting them. Add articles to them weekly, cheap ones but unique and then go buy some heavy PBN links to these web 2.0s. Buy some quality guest posts pointing towards your money site with main keyword. Join some forums and start posting few posts a day, do.fo.llo.w ones. Distribute this over two months. Make sure to keep building word press manual comments yourself using generic 3 or 4 names (n-o-follow).

I will second the regular content. This is so very important when doing SEO.
 
Regular content sounds good. but the quality of these contents matters a lot when it comes to driving traffic. Do proper keyword research, build quality backlinks from Relevant high DA sites.
