I believe most people old enough knows the year dosnt end in December atleast for certain organisations

My years ends between August and September
Meaning every thing from october to December is a preparation for the next year
I also understand some people go on leave generally especially those working in corporate around the month of November and December
So when does your year end
Or in what month do you wind up the curtain

since your year ends Aug/Sep, do you happen to work in Travel niche?
Fortunately enough
That's one of my niche
And I also understand October to December are very busy months for vacation rentals

I speak of my year personally though
Not business, but I use same condition in business too

Same here, this is why I asked. Re vacation rentals, December is probably the worst month. Said previously in one of threads my year ends around Thanksgiving

I agree with that. For a lot of people and organizations, the year doesn’t really end in December.

In my case, the year usually wraps up around August or September. From October onward, it’s more about reflection, planning, and setting things up for the next cycle rather than pushing new initiatives. October to December feels like prep mode.

I also get that for many in corporate roles, November and December are quieter months with holidays and leave, so momentum naturally slows down.

Personally, I’d say I wind things down around late Q3, then use the last quarter to reset, plan, and get ready to start strong again.

IT has ended for me 3 days back when I started to decide to stop saving money and start spending the money. life is too short. I purchased Shiba inu and S11 ultra tablet. plus I ordered a rolex from store.

31/12 at 23:59 each year - but tbf the year starts also for me early, on the 1st of January at 00:00 each year.

I get a yearly reminder some time December from my ISP that they stop working from December until 1st-week of January, and it always gives me anxiety :D - like what is if internet goes down?

Personally I fortunately never had to work in a an environment like that - seems boring!
