If someone (such as myself) requires to boost sales/transactions to improve my DSR (cases closed without resolution: mine 0.034%, TRS 0.030%), I'd like to know when exactly does it become a recorded transaction in my DSR?

    a) as soon as an item is "sold" and "paid" for by the buyer (but not shipped yet)
    b) a + confirmed shipped
    c) when the buyer leaves feedback
    d) after a certain time period (ie. 45 days)

In the case of a buyer winning my auction, but hasn't paid, that's not a transaction yet is it?
I assume it only becomes an actual transaction once they pay.

I've lowered all my prices and shipping so that I basically don't make any profit, in hopes to boost
sales and get as many transactions as possible to get back to 0.030% from 0.034%
