When does Hostgator payout/ and do you know of any other high paying programs

I signed-up for Hostgator affiliate program, how can I make sure I get paid and how soon after do you get paid.

Also, are there any other high paying affiliate programs, where the cost of services are low. I believe they have a hosting plan for only 0.01 a month.
