Doubt anyone knows. You could do tests if you really want to know.
If this is too much work for you, know that someone would have had to do this to find your answer for you, so don't be so lazy and expect everything for nothing.
Make 20 accounts on different IP's
Add people who aren't very active on each account, in multitudes of 5 or 10
make every account send more requests by 5 or 10 and keep track of it all, that's called science i think.
and say your account with 40 requests gets terminated, but the 35, 30, 25, 20, 15 and 10 are all okay.. well there you go.
