When does a negative drop off of the ebay account?

I thought negative were removed after one year. I have 300 feedback on a year and a half old account and got one negative 1 year 1 month ago and it is still showing. I thought they dropped off after one year?

I have 1 negative that has been on there for 2 years... don't think it drops off. Your percentage is based on 12 months.

That is very strange I have had a negative before on an account and after 1 year of successful smooth selling my feedback percentage went back up to 100%.

Have you had any neutral feedback or any opened cases against you that is what may be offset it?

Call them, theyll put you on hold so dont give it too much attention

lol jk. But they usually do 1 a year I think? Thats what they did with me before.

Should be gone after a year as far as I know. Have you tried contacting eBay about it? If so, what did they say?

i once got a neg it went away after one year it went away i sold an electronic item and said as is like 9 times in my listing and the douche bag buyer still left me a neg feedback then after one year it went away and im back to 100% positive
