sending around 1500 Dms a day with a message asking people to follow main account, been running a week now with no issues, whats a realistic timeframe where I will see that this is actually working?

You are sending too many DM's per day. I don't understand your question. If you are sending DM's where you promote your main account, you should know how many new followers you are getting

Im not getting Many followers thats why i am Asking, ive sent over 5000 Dms since 13th April and probably got about 50 Followers from it

What does your DM look like? Maybe it's structured in such a way that it looks spammy, which will push away most people. Try A/B testing a few different versions and see what results that brings in after a week. If they haven't followed you in 7 days or less, it's unlikely they ever will.

Im using 38 Accounts at the moment, but will scale it up to 70 accounts.
My main account is a Fan page of Pro boxer and i am sending DM's asking boxing fans to follow, maybe I should try a different message

Ive set it to do 34-50 DMs a day on each account. Been running since 13th April with no problems.
I was expecting a few hundred followers atleast but does not seem to be effective right now

A/B Testing is a pretty simple method to test different strategies.
Example: Come up with 2 different message that you think will work well.
Then label 1 of the 2 Message "A" and then label the second one Message "B"
Then send out so many messages with message "A" record and track your data
Also send out so many messages with message "B" record and track your data.
After you have so much data back you can go back and see which of the two performed better. You may see message "A" converts better or vice versa.
When testing you'll defiantly want to be able to track as much data as possible to give you the ability to narrow down which one performs better.
Sorry it's a quick/crude rundown of the concept of A/B testing, but I'm sure if you search the term "A/B Testing" you'll find plenty of examples floating around on the internet.

I've had results in as little as three weeks, but Usually it takes about a month before people respond to me LOL

The thing about sending DMs to only people that have followed you is that it wont be sent to the "spam" section and make it look trustworthy.
And also, if a person have followed you back, it means that they are already interested in your niche in the first place, hence more likely to convert into a follower to your main accountm

This is why. You ask irrelevant people to follow an account that they might not get interested in. So, send DM only to followers and you'll see results starting the second day.

Are you sure people are receiving / reading the DM? If you are sending that many identical messages, it could be they are not getting through.
If they are getting through, then maybe you are wasting your time and sending to accounts just not interested in the niche, or worse are spam / bulk / fake accounts. A quick manual review of 100 profiles you sent DMs to should give you a % of how many are real / fake. If a high % look fake, then you need to review your search / filters to improve your targeting

Your targeting must be wrong or the niche too small to get a good amount of followers or filled with large amounts of botted accounts.
