When do JVs make sense?

When the two parts "actually" got something to offer.
The JV section here is full of Dreamers & leeches who come up with ideas they're emotionally attached to after a couple of months failing to execute anything on the web, and they start to think that If they've got the traffic or the automation or that expensive setup ...etc it may actually works, so they end up screwing someone else's time & money for nothing, that's the most common pattern on JV's here.

I came to the same conclusion, hence why I opened this thread, to get to know when to actually open a JV
