never too soon to start linkbuilding as long as your site is fully built and content in place!
Meta tags, content, page speed optimization, add google analytics, social buttons.
After that, you can do linkbuilding

First, add more quality contents to your blog. If contents are good, you will get natural backlinks to your site. After that, you can start building the backlinks wisely.

you can start any time and you can build 100+ link pert day , bcoz it will not index in 1 day it will take time to get indexed

Your focus should be quality content, maybe even a little white hat in the early stage. Then later in the game after you see where you are, and access where you want to be according to your goal start some blackhat methods.

Link building is something that is super important, but make sure your on-site SEO optimization is done correctly without the on-site portion your off-site stuff wont be as valuable.

know scrape all the top 5 websites backlinks with scrapebox of your comp.
only keep all good metric backlinks .
use gsa to re post everthink back to your domain , on schedule of 100 post over 24/hr each day, untill all links posted .
if you can afford it use a indexing service to post the links to your website.
always use good content .
when that done get serengine it a scrapebox web 2.0 plugin to make web 2.0 backlinks .
start to also drip feed each link ....
then we need to beat the socail stats of the comp .

You can start your related and quality link building for your homepage link.. But build small number of links at starting and then continue to build more links after few months.

I think you can start from the very first day, but maintain the graph improvement. Try to create links that improves your ranking constantly in a improving manner

thanks for adding that point, I have missed that social share. Content+ social share helps you to get some quality traffic.
