When did adscend start scrubbing so hard?

Seriously what happened, they only report like half my clicks and their zip submits don't work lol I sent 300 clicks their way and only got 1 lead.
On wolfstorm my conversion rates have never dropped bellow 20%, I just don't get it.

I've been experiencing this from a month...that's when I switched over to mobile ones
 
Lately they are scrubbing in content lockers as well.
 
wsm have a beter zip submit which payout 1.5-$2/lead, and converts good
