When creating a website, let's say a business website, there will be many pages and many places where we need to put contents.Do I need to hire a writer first or a designer first.

A website can have loads of content or just a couple of pages with some images.
It all depends on your aim.

HOWEVER, do hire the designer AFTER you have the content ready.
