    Hello all... I have a few fan pages that have just been sitting around. I'm about to start building them now. I would like to create a "Welcome" landing page. I think I have seen a few that, if it's your first time, you are sent to a Welcome page, where they pretty much tell ya to like and give some basic info about the fan page. But the next time you go to that fan page (after you have already liked it) you don't get the welcome page.

    For some reason I remember reading that you had to have 'X' number of likes to have this.... is this true.

    For some reason, i don't really understand the question because it is not specific enough or pretty much confusing but i've highlighted your quote above in yellow for me to have a better understanding.

    Static FBML is a static page so it cant stored or saved the visitor's info (as far as i know) in order to redirect the page on the next visit. But there will be few other alternate ways that you can be creative with.

    If you trying to achieve this: if it's your first time, you are sent to a Welcome page
    Then you need to use the Non-Fans hide content from this Tutorial 1 or Tutorial 2 where the concept is quite similar but this will be based on the Fans/Non-Fans.

    Alternately if you have their UID's you can use the below code (but you need hell a lot of UIDs for this):
    Code:
    <fb:if-is-user uid="UID1,UID2">
    This is secret for UID1 and UID2!
    </fb:if-is-user>

    <fb:if-is-user uid="UID3,UID4">
    This is secret for UID3 and UID4!
    </fb:if-is-user>

    If you trying to achieve this: I would like to create a "Welcome" landing page.
    Then you need to go to your wall and click the setting on your right. Then choose the preferred landing page for the visitors.

    If you trying to achieve this: you had to have 'X' number of likes to have this
    Well i believe you referring to the username (facebook.com/username) and for this you need a minimum of 25 Fans.
