When Bing Bans My Account Do They Still Charge Me?

Do they charge me for the balance that was on there when they ban my account? Or "suspend for security reasons" or whatever garbage?

Not that I'm aware of ALTHOUGH in some strange instances they have UNBANNED some of my accounts and if you don't notice it good end up getting clicks and charging you if you have a valid payment method attached.

I've had accounts that were banned and then miraculously unbanned 3 whole weeks later. I've also had ones that were banned and unbanned within 3 days. I never once contacted support either with any of the accounts. Very strange.
