When and why did you start making money online?

I started two years ago at the age of 16 because I had it with the way my parents used the money they got in the house. We always had beer, cigars, sodas and sweets, but no food.If I asked for something to eat I got the answer:Just eat some cake, no problem-.-. Anyway, even if in the last two years I haven`t pulled out a dime from the internet( fought I won a 5 dollar watch once ^_^) I`m still not giving up and trying to do something about my life. I`ve also had numerous jobs in the last years, but I want to make an easier way of life, and a healthier one as I`ve reached 55 kg at the age of 18 and 1.76m . So, this is my story, why did you start, and when?

I started by accident.... my first touch with html was stupid stats bot for IRC which one I wanted to modify and banged my head a few weeks with this stupid html and python codes :D after that I created a few super noob websites 10 years ago as I remember but banking started 5 y ago, I just wanted to test adsense, and when I got my first 70 euro after 3 months I realised - those are real money man !Then I started to try and fail, and fail and fail... there were months where I earned about 1k $ and next 6 months 20$ but I never give up so last 5 months I get stable income, will see for how long :D My advice - get out of the box and rules, try everything, for someone one method might be great but for you can bring even negative result. Be patient and don't stop to try new things :) Think what your visitors want to see. A webmaster and user think different so ask some friends for honest review what is their user experience with your website, you will be shocked I guarantee.
 
I just want to be a billionaire so fucking bad.

Online money is pretty easy to get.
 
Thanks for the advice, never thought about asking my friends as I`m the only one with interest in making a living and they do not really want to stress themselves with work, sites, and so on. But I might force them for an answer or two :P
 
I just started making money a few weeks ago (couple hundred) and I currently reinvested that money for a new venture.
 
Got scammed, found the email of the person that did it, which brought me here. Didn't catch him/her properly but then BHW got me into SEO and I've been running my own company for 4 years now and have 20+ clients and 15 of my own sites.

Talk about turning something bad into something good ;)
 
About 3 years ago. Because I got sick of my 9 - 5 (Which was often a 7 - 7).

Figured out how to make nice websites, and here I am.

about 2 years ago. Because I don't think any of the profession here (my country) aside from being a politician, robber, drug dealer/pusher or business owner which is already rich will make you MOREEE money than internet marketing. Here you have no limit!

You have with 12 kg more than me and only 6 cm more ,,, I think there is a problem, I`m a little under the range of weight, but I`ll solve it in time.

I'm like you kinds, 69KG and 1.85. I need to gain some weight

I just started because I didn't want to work for someone.
 
It wasn't an easy experience but with perseverance I was able to overcome all challenges and not until I got a mentor who taught me a few tricks and how to get moving on my own. Making money online is easy ONLY if you know the ins and out. Once you learn the ropes, you would be able to write your own income ticket.
 
I started making money online 3 months ago. I think making money online is better than to find a job. Do your self by own.
 
3 years ago I started, not knowing what I wanted to do and here I am.
 
I started making money at the age of 17. I thank you as this question helped me to recollect all of my efforts.
 
I start earning at the age of 20, I start earning because i love money.
 
Like 11-12 yo, started from bucks and stuff, ~2 years ago I found BHW & and I am still very young :) i do IM because I was in a huge need of cash once + i see a lot of opportunities when you have much money. I got no words how IM has changed my life ;)
 
Started many years ago, haven't quite got a date or number of years in my head, but I spent probably about two years before I made money. Started because I am from a place in the UK where everyone is a gobshite and has a severely bad attitude problem, and you want to try working shifts in a shit job with a bunch of bellends.
 
I started as a freelancer accepting projects from clients then discovered cpa marketing. I would like to earn 4-5 figures income daily :)
 
I started when i was 10 years old. I was searching a way to earn some money cause my parents weren't giving me pocket money. I was joining ptc sites and blah blah till i found some ways and when i was 13 years old i made my first $300..
Now, it's just seems way too easier to earn than i thought.
