When a video gets Matched third-party content - where do the money goes?

i know it goes to the the one who claimed it. but until the moment it was claimed do i get to keep the money or that money also goes to the claimer??

and also i have a question about ad stream ads. its looks like when i upload a video ad stream dont work it takes a few days to ads stream ads to appear..is that normal? is there any way to make them work right away?

Since you had no legal right to upload it in the first place, no, you would not get to keep any earnings. It goes to the claimer in the sense that they now can monetize it in their deal with YT for letting the material stay online.
