Can you explain a little what offers your looking at and then it will be easier to help you? Normally e-mail is CPL offers and they pay less than CPA and FTD's but is also easier to get done.

They all lie af, even SOI offers are not always SOI and you rarely really get paid for just email submit. Most of the offers will say "on valid email submit but they will actually ask for credit cards and what not. Im not saying that those offers dont exist, but they are rare.
