Meta is really confusing. I know they are increasing security but there are rules they put in place that I feel are unnecessary.
 
Yeah, Meta’s been tightening verification lately. Using the same number linked to your FB profile is safest, but sometimes it still bugs out. I think it’s more of a temporary Meta-side issue, just keep everything consistent (same number, email, and device), and it usually stabilizes.
 
I have the same problem as you. I'm switching to an old account with a clean login history and keeping a consistent login pattern and it has improved a bit. can you try it and see if it works

Yes, changing to another account is necessary, it consumes a lot of resources.

Hey Noona, good point — Meta’s definitely tightening account verification loops lately.
The constant prompts for WhatsApp linking, password resets, and Page renames seem tied to their new account integrity system.
