Whatsapp Numbers extracting to contatcs

Hello everyone,
I have a lot of people who messaged me on WhatsApp and I would like to add them all in contacts. Manually it would take months.
Is there any way to export all those numbers or to add them somehow in contacts (contact name doesn't matter).
