I paid $2000 for the software and $500 for 500 accounts to send from. When I asked him how long each account will last he said...

Shortly after paying and the software was installed I scanned numbers for a day looking for WhatsApp users to send to, gathered up a list of 15,000 after having to babysit the program for over 6hrs, it kept freezing over and over again, was very buggy. But okay I got a small list, let's try this baby out. I asked Cristian whats the safest way to send ensuring the accounts last, was told 90-150 second delay between each message sent and off I went.

Each account died after sending about 4 messages!!!!! That's a cost of $0.25 to $0.50 per message sent (I got a bulk discount of $1 per account so thus 4 messages per $1 however he normally charges $2 so it would be $0.50 per message sent). When I asked him about this he told me his app was not designed to spam (Hello this is BHW right?) and he assumed I spent $2,500 to send my friends personal messages from over 500 different phone numbers...wtf?

To add salt to the wounds, I found out that Cristian actually stole this script from a guy called KingOfNumbers, do a quick google search and you will see Cristians script was almost identical and yet that other guy has had the app for a much longer period of time, also the KingOfNumbers guy told me himself that Cristian was a customer of his and he basically just ripped his program and rebranded a few minor things. Oh and the other guy sells for $800 vs $2000 for the EXACT same thing.


The main problems with this WhatsApp panel....

I never offered guarantee for the messages senders can sent, because I do not sell senders.
When someone purchase this panel he purchase the ability to connect senders to whatsapp and to send messages. How many messages he connects and what he does with them, it is not my business.

The fact that I stole the panel from cvr.media and nothinghere69 (the guys behind king of numbers) is pure bullshit
I have sold my panel to them in 2nd April 2014.

KingOfNumbers are selling an old version of panel from me, they can't even send video, audio, location and variants of messages.
They can't even send another image format than jpg. My panel can send all the image known formats. (for those who are curious, they can ask them for a demo).

First of all, don't claim that he lost a paypal dispute because he has working software. Everyone and their brother knows that PP generally will not reverse a transaction for a virtual product unless the seller fails to respond. The fact that they sided with you has no bearing on whether your software works or does not.

According to 357Smith, you did send him 500 senders and then you said you don't sell senders. Which is correct? (a quick read of your BST shows you do indeed sell senders)

@youmakeme: At the moment, system sends messages in loops and you can set how many messages will send in a loop each sender (I put 50 by default, you can adjust this).

If you have to send 15.000 messages and you have 300 senders and 25 msg/sender, you will send all messages in two loops (25x300 + 25x300). You can also set the timer between loops.


And regarding the multi user thing - the application is single user and is pretty demanding for server in this way too. We can develop on demand multi user support, but the price will increase.

2) As has been pointed out, what is the purpose of your product other than to spam? You mention sending out 15,000 messages a day. Are you saying that you find it likely that people would send out 15,000 messages in a day without sending spam??

My panel is an interface for WhatsApp, not an independent spamming machine. My panel can be used in white-hat conditions, for example I have GYMs who bought the panel to keep in touch with their clients, they have never complained.

The panel also have timing options that can be controlled by the user to be able to send a large quantity of messages. But the number of messages the panel can send is strictly dependent on the senders number and I never guaranteed it.

One thing I can tell you, you have a refund policy in your initial post but I can't use that to defend your position because it's black on black. If I hadn't read the thread on my cell phone, I wouldn't have noticed it.

As far as to what is obvious, it's obvious you have an unhappy customer. Do I think it's someone that is trying to ruin your market as you stated, it's possible but at the same time, it's just as likely that it's a person who isn't happy with the product he purchased because it's not working as he expected it would.

That being said you have a disclaimer on your thread that it shouldn't be used for spamming purposes and yet you sell it on a black hat forum - we both know that we don't have many members on here that own a gym or other white hat type scenarios... so you shouldn't be surprised by what it is being used for.

He also said that he was using the timing functions that you suggested and it isn't working well for him. How about you put your "He put through a paypal dispute so I'm not supporting him" attitude aside and help out someone that paid you $2500 for a script that isn't working for him as it should be?

This is a blatant lie. You know that people buying your script for $2000 will need a bunch of senders and you sell it to them for $2 each, I was able to get a bulk discount because I wanted 500 senders. On top of that you only delivered 400.

Before I sent you the cash, you were really confident about how the senders will send 150-200 messages per day and not get blocked. This is BHW keep in mind, as OldSalt has said, its reasonable to expect what members are doing here: which is marketing. Would have been a different story if he said "Hey they last 150-200 msgs per day if you send personalized messages to your friends but if your marketing then it will last 2-5 msgs"

The script itself is very buggy, I had to babysit it all day long to get it to scan and the seller was unable to fix the issues. When scanning numbers the script would just randomly stop every few minutes so you had to keep clicking start otherwise the script just stops. The sending portion of the script is very buggy too. Also the account tester is buggy and reports inaccurately as confirmed by HardCoder.


The thing is, the seller fails to warn people that WhatsApp security team is working very hard to stop his panel...they mainly do this by disabling sender accounts very quickly, and its rather not hard to do. Geez when a new account starts sending international messages to unique recipients its easy to just block the account.... and thats exactly what they do. Also they do NOT allow you to send clickable links which for us marketing guys is very important. Sure you can send more than 4 "hello" messages to one number, big deal. Your selling a tool on BHW, stop acting like this tool is meant to spam your friends with "hello" messages.

If you look at his sales thread, every single customer seems to say "Im very sorry I purchased this junk". I had some guys contact me after posting this thread also complaining that they purchased and its not working and senders get disabled after 4 msgs sent. Their also doing paypal disputes. He does NOT have one single happy customer.

Always pay with a CC even when paying with PayPal so that in the event you lose a PayPal dispute, your credit card company will get your money back 100% of the time. Even if you paid with a debit card through paypal you can still call your bank and say its fraud.

357Smith, if you're claiming he told you specific numbers in a skype chat or via PM, how about including that in the thread?

Here he is promoting the senders that he sells for $1.50 each. Also claiming 150-200 per day and indicated they last multiple days. ALL of mine died after 4 messages sent.

3) Although you did not give a guarantee, you certainly overstated by a very large margin as to how many messages can be sent via sender.

From the looks of what I've seen, you have seriously misrepresented your product - and because of that, I am leaning towards a partial refund of what he paid. There is no way to ensure that what you've given him won't be used in the future so a full refund and a return of the product is not possible.

As shown above you ARE selling senders in addition to your software. The thing is here that you misrepresented your software as having the ability to do certain things that are most definitely not true. Before taking my money your telling me that I can send 150+ per day for MULTIPLE days with each sender... I was able to send 4 max on all 400 accounts and you still did NOT deliver the remaining $100 accounts that I already paid you for.

Now your saying your selling a tool on BLACKhatworld that is not designed to spam and is meant to message your mom for $2000+. Stop the BS here, its obvious your tool does NOT work and you were focused on making sells by telling people whatever you thought they wanted to hear then disappear after the money is sent.

This thread is not about a scam and it does nothing but loss to my sales. I will find this client and will make sure that his wpanel is working well while my market is affected

HardCoder you still failed to answer OldSalts questions or statements. Your only response is "Well its working for others so therefore your just a liar" is pretty damn weak. Looking at your sales thread I don't see any satisfied customers, all I see are people like me complaining that your product doesn't work and have your other customers AND your suppliers coming to me saying that your product doesn't work as described.

The facts are...

1) Before accepting payment you grossly mis-represented your products abilities
2) After accepting payment your support has virtually disappeared
3) You have multiple customers complaining that your panel is not working as described
4) Your selling a $2000 tool on BHW meant to bulk message random WhatsApp users (obviously that means spam) then claim your tool is not meant for spam. If it was not meant for spam, why do you have a number scanner and talk about it being able to scan 150 million numbers before accepting my payment. Did you think I had 150 million friends I was going to send personalized messages to?
5) You still have NOT delivered 100/500 senders which I paid for OVER 2 weeks ago.
6) Your panel is not working as described, requires customers to babysit it 24/7 and you have failed to rectify the situation.



Here your own supplier is telling me that you have multiple clients that are not happy...

Let me make this CRYSTAL CLEAR. You make one more threat like that to a bhw member and your name will turn red - and not a good red like mine.

Ok, I've seen what I've needed to see. You clearly misrepresented your product. When you had said the product couldn't send the # of messages that you claimed it previously could, you dropped the price to $800. Therefore I am assessing that is the approx value of what he received.

You owe him a refund of $1200 plus $100 for the 100 undelivered senders. Make the arrangements for the refund and make them soon. Just to ensure you understand what I mean by soon, you have 48 hours to make it happen.
