What tools are everyone using for WhatsApp management of a WhatsApp Business account?

Ideally need auto responders and the ability for a team of people to have access to respond to messages.

VERI0.com - but not for bulk sending anymore because they banned most of my accounts within a day.
I have not tried the paid plans yet.
