after a lot of test cases the best is to send 20 per day from one channel to keep it without block i tested on Egyptian SIM and it work perfectly for me

after may 10 they are blocking also by ip. i dont how this affects the real user of whatsapp

From my experience Whatsapp do NOT have any limitations on sending out messages. However; when you add a new number, someone has to 'approve' your mobile number. They also have the option to 'mark you as spam' and I do not know what happens with this.

There is no limits whatsup messages and calls also.
When you send messages through the API, I believe its 9 messages per channel (mobile number registered with whatsapp) per day but counting only the messages sent to different people
