Your number and IP are getting flagged. WhatsApp looks at those two factors to identify spam accounts. That being said, get a virtual
number and use a 4G proxy for the next accounts and that should be fine.
 
just request review and they will reactive it, its happen to me last week.
 
Warm up the number slowly and avoid links in early convos, ideally you want to get users to initiate chats while warming the account, and definitely register with a proper business profile.

its a policy violation you can't do anything unless they remove it after review
 
you need to warmup accounts correctly. you can't suddenly go from 0 messages to 80 a day
