Whatsapp desktop sending tool?

can anyone recommend me a working tool for whatsapp?

I need to send texts to roughly 2000's people few times a month. Thanks.

I need a program that can manage multiple numbers filtered into it with a few thousand targets at a time. A normal whatsapp can only do 256 and no group mess (like a carbon copy message)
 
actually has that kind of bot.But 2000s people not worthy sending messages via bot..Manually sending messages would be better.

If this is a free tool, all well and good.
However if it is not free, stop with the self promotion or buy a Marketplace Seller account.
