Whatsapp business blocked account - need help

i am working with local business where we are doing fb ads for leads. when user click on "buy on whatsapp" link, they can directly contact seller for order. from our side, we wanted to send list of 5 products with price and one link of online payment page for order in greeting message... this is setup...

now issue is we are getting 1000+ msgs daily and whatsapp business's auto reply feature sends predefined template message to all new users. (that is what we want exactly) but... after 4 days of working like this, whatsapp disabled account. i think it is because of same message to so many users. any other solution that works like this? or any other app we can shift on. we just want a platform with auto-reply on first time.

Ok so in my case the scenario is... i do local ads in newspapers and add my whatspap number for more details. users send me msg on my whatsapp to know more about the deal. i am getting 1000+ new user's messages daily. what i want to do is .. i will send them one fixed msg as a greeting message automatically when they send their first "hi" or "hello" to start the conversation. in this greeting message, i send them 5 product's names with their price and one payment page link... (this type of greeting message is alredy available in whatsapp business app) . i used whatsapp buseinss for this work but after 4 days they blocked my number. daily more than thousand people getting same message from me is clearly a spam in their algorithm i guess. note that i am not saving any new number of user trying to contact me. i want a very simple autoreply greeting message without blocking my number.
