Recently, the phone number I used for my WhatsApp business account was banned. I sent a request to have it reactivated, and they reactivated it, but it was banned again within two days. Do you have any suggestions on how I can try to use the phone number again? And right now I can't send another request; it's only asking me to enter a new phone number.

If your WhatsApp number got re-banned, don’t try to bypass it.
Reach out to WhatsApp Business Support and explain what happened — include your business info and proof you follow their terms.
If they don’t unban it, use a new verified number and keep messages fully compliant (no bulk or automated sending).

Contact them by email or if you know why you got banned, then better move on and use a new number and don't do the same mistake again.

Once a number gets banned multiple times, WhatsApp’s system tends to flag it permanently. You can try reaching support again via email instead of in-app, explain the situation, and ask for a manual review. If that doesn’t work, it’s usually better to register a new number and rebuild slowly with safe messaging activity.

Did you do any blackhat stuff? This isn't normal and as long as you are only doing whitehat techniques you should reach to the WhatsApp support to reacivate your phone number.

when you get recovered then stop spamming chats you should slow your activity in it or it will again get banned dont use it for 2 days after recovering and try keeping chats with saved contacts and short messages no spamming

Thanks for all responses. However, I wasn't using the number very actively; I was only replying to incoming messages, so it wasn't used for spam. Also, I can't find the WhatsApp support email anywhere. I sent messages to a few emails listed online, but I didn't receive any response other than an automated message.

That’s tough,
WhatsApp can be pretty strict lately. If it keeps getting banned, it’s likely flagged on their end. Best move is to avoid reusing that same number and instead register a fresh one with clean activity (no bulk messaging or automation for a while). Also, appeal via the official support email, sometimes they’ll review it manually.

Check your IP and device. They may have been flagged. Make a new account on the same device with a new number and see if it gets suspended. If it does, you may need to either get a new device, or change your IP.

Basically, if you want to stay safe on WhatsApp, only reach out to contacts who’ve messaged you before. Manual sending gets annoying fast, and most people burn out trying to do it by hand. It’s always better to use software that handles delays, sleep mode, and safe pacing for you.

Even better is using a tool that supports interactive button messages. Total game-changer — you can add quick options like Interested or Stop, and people respond with a single tap. It keeps things compliant, reduces spam reports, and makes the whole flow way smoother.

I’m using WupHub (you can search on google). It’s been solid for safe outreach and those button-style chats.

When a number gets banned twice so quickly, it often means their systems have flagged it pretty hard. It's tough to get that specific number cleared again once they push you to enter a new one. Your best bet might be to move on to a fresh number and be extra careful with how you operate to avoid any future issues. Reusing a flagged number is usually an uphill battle.

I dont think can reactived again

Use new number

Avoid virtual numbers
