Hello,

i see a lot of fakes on facebook who post a mobile number. If i write them, i get a automessages with a link to a adult offer. What kind of software is that?

Not exactly referring to your topic, but is there any messenger (except pidgeon) for pc able to handle send/receive messages via whatsapp?

No thats a Whatsapp Autoresponder..
 
There is a cydia tweak which is called AutoResponder 2 (IOS 6+) it states that it "will make it so no one who texts you ever feels ignored again". That should help you accomplish the task. Best of luck with that.
 
I know program you can add keyword if you set message for hi the keyword related message would be auto reply add me on skype :- thebulkwhatsapp
 
bluestacks is legit and hands down the best pc simulator you can get. thats your first step then putting together a simple auto respond wont be too hard.
