The one thing that always restricts you from growing to be a big shot.. ?

My biggest weaknesses are,

1. Not giving up my sleep at the mornings till 10 AM.
2. Procrastination.
3. My intrusive thoughts.

8 hours of sleep minimum to keep working at an efficient rate

take care of your body and you will think and act much clearer with less procrastination
