My addiction is to World of Warcraft.
I don't think it's strange because a lot of people are addicted to video games.
Some people like Genshin Impact.
Others like Valorant.
Even others like Call of Duty.
I like World of Warcraft.
But that's not what makes my addiction strange.
What makes it peculiar is I'm somehow addicted to the process of starting at level 1.
A lot of people can't wait to level up from 1 to 60 so they can go on raids, maybe kill a dragon somewhere, or rip out a monster's heart at another dungeon.
But me?
I like the idea of starting from nothing and then building up.
I like learning along the way.
I like taking resources and building something bigger.
I suppose that has carried over to my philosophy and attitude towards business.
I'm more into learning, but I definitely knew when to step up and scale up into management, growing, and optimizing because if you're just building stuff and they hit a cap, they hit some sort of ceiling, and you don't grow.
Most people would rather build further, and scale up, but I would then start from scratch and build another.
This is one part of my mindset I'm trying to change.
