timing matters, especially if you are trying to farm the US audience. however, manual interactions from high-quality accounts are what have the most impact.
if you're targeting Americans and you get engagement from real accounts, but most of them are Indian or Pakistani, is this good or bad in the eyes of social media? use common sense.

Yes, timing matters. But to have meaningful interactions, it is best to engage on similar content by leaving comments, liking comments and videos or other content types. You can start a discussion in the comment section where your audience is (meaningful one relating to the content, of course)
