I appreciate the support, mate!
I'm working on getting Jr VIP as we speak (I'm paying in bitcoin and am in correspondence with the mods about how we'll go about that). Once that happens things should fall in to place pretty easy as I got really lucky with some of my clients on other forums and have the capital to pay for a nice thread design and everything. Really, the part where I'm kind of lost is where I can find employees (they'll be working with plaintext passwords and have somewhat sensitive knowledge), but I'm sure I'll be able to find some information about that on here given the nature of many other services members run.
