What’s your preferred protein source?

So the question is,

If you are at 75g of protein requirement, how do you cover it?

I am not following it exactly everyday, but most of the days it goes like this,

-> 4-5 eggs boiled (only 2 yellows and all whites) - rougly 20 grams
-> Chicken breast 150 grams - roughly 30-35 grams
-> Peanuts 50 grams - 10-15 grams
-> Red Beans 50 grams - 5 grams
-> White peas - 50 grams - 5-10 grams

What is your protien diet plan, if you are following one?
Egg

Chicken thighs & drumsticks for me. Too hard to work with chicken breast.
Chicken breast is one of the easiest parts of the chicken to cook and eat.

Slice it thin, season it, put it in a pan with a little bit of oil, and in 7 minutes, you have a delicious piece of meat. You can egg wash it, flour it and then bread crumb it if you want to go that way, and put it in the air fryer until they are done and you can season those bread crumbs to you liking.

I do agree with you about eating thighs, though. I like that part of a chicken as well. I airfry them when I cook them and smash them like it's my last meal on earth.

It doesn’t take much of my time, it tastes good, and it’s simple to prepare. With 500 grams of tasty chicken, I can get around 120 grams of protein easily, much more efficient than combining multiple other foods just to reach the same amount.

Chicken breast all the way. I get bored fast with egg. Used to consume raw 5 raw egg every morning but it made me sick.

Why is there a picture of a women in the post?

great source of protein

According to Dr. Peter Attia, it is low carb.

On a more serious note, I have a 75-gram protein-per-meal requirement as well, and my go-to sources are either roasted chicken thighs or a protein shake with collagen and frozen berries/fruits.

Eggs and beef—I personally think beef is the best source of protein.

carnivore diet.

If we’re talking simple and efficient, eggs and chicken breast are my go-to high protein, affordable, and easy to prep. For convenience, whey protein shakes are great post-workout, and if someone prefers plant-based, tofu and lentils are solid options too.

It really depends on your goal though muscle gain, fat loss, or just overall health?
