What's your preferred method for setting up auto-tweets?

Just curious to hear what various ways people are setting up their autotweets. Some use a tool like buffer, while others use code so it'll tweet from list on a spreadsheet.

What's your method? Is it time consuming? Any strong reasons as to why you prefer your method of autotweeting to others?

How many autotweets do you set up at a time and how long does it take for you to set them up? Do you set up a few per day? line em up for a week? a month?

It takes me about an hour to set things up and then i spend the whole day manually following. Using tweetdeck too.
